Ultimate Xpress Membership
Ultimate Xpress Membership can be joined anytime with no lock in contract. Membership covers one vehicle (registration) per membership. To change the vehicle registration attached to the membership (due to sale/purchase of vehicle) notify enquiries@ultimatexpress.com.au with a copy of the new registration papers in the members name.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as we do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel the membership, we require 14 days prior notice in writing to: enquiries@ultimatexpress.com.au prior to next direct debit date. If you choose to cancel the membership after the monthly payment has been deducted from your account, there will be no refund for that month. If you have paid for twelve months in advance the remaining months after the month of cancellation will be refunded in full.
Payment Terms
All payments are deducted in advance from your nominated account before the services are delivered each month. A transaction fee is charged to the customer for direct debit payments from a saving account, credit card or American Express as per our agreement with Ezidebit. Refer below for fee’s
Administration Fee (once only) – up to $5.50
Bank Account Transaction Fee – $0.95
Credit Card Transaction Fee – VISA/Mastercard/AMEX/Diners: 1.99% (Min $0.99)
Failed Payment Fee – $9.90
Conditions of Entry into Car Wash
By entering into and remaining on these premises, you agree to pay all fees payable for your wash service and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. To ensure that your property is kept safe please remove all valuable items from your vehicle prior to leaving it with our attendants. Ultimate Xpress will abide by its obligations pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law and these terms and conditions should not be taken to limit those obligations. Ultimate Xpress is a professional vehicle washing service that exercises the utmost care with customers cars however, given the varying degree of vehicle conditions entering our premises Ultimate Xpress will not be responsible for:
Ultimate Xpress does not take any responsibility for damage to the wrap (Graphics) including clear wrap except factory fitted. Wrap may chip, rip or peel off, Ultimate Xpress will not be held liable to any defects of the wrap due to damage.
Surcharges will apply for the removal of sand, grass seeds, pet hair, egg, tar, tree sap, sunscreen, bird droppings or excessive bug residues. Although reasonable efforts are made, we cannot guarantee the removal of such items.
In the interest of protecting personal belongings, areas such as car boots, footwells, consoles etc will not be cleaned unless empty. The customer accepts full responsibility for any damages or loss incurred to their vehicle whatsoever.
If the vehicle has pre-existing damage, kindly advise our Customer Service Attendant for Ultimate Xpress to take the necessary precautions.
